    Well day 5 is completed and I am still alive! Still feeling rather tired but definitely in the pink!

    2 days to the big weigh in. Have ordered some water flavouring for this week - berry one. Not that keen but getting very bored of water. I do like the berry flavouring with sparkling water...mmmm

    You are so close to achieving a whole week of SS, well done. I was told by my counsellor to expect to feel tired at this stage - and advised to take an early night if need be.
    Looking forward to hearing your first week loss.
