B: Strawberry shake. Skinny caffe maya 100cal.
1 cup of tea 30cal

Tb: Rice crispie square 118cal herbal tea x2

L: S/f chocolate meal bar.

tb: Grape and apple pack.

Dinner: Chilli con carne with rice.

Snack: L/f yoghurt.

Thoughts: Again exercise!!!
