Can I just ask, is it normal to get a jelly belly in the first week? I thought constipation was going to be an issue, seems it's the other way for me .
Hi J, Ive read other posts with similar complaints, it could be your system getting used to all the nutrients and possibly the extra water? Hope it settles down for you
Not sure if it will help but I take psyllium husk capsules (2 capsules - 30/60mins before each shake) it was something recommended when I did the Cambridge Diet (by the CD Counsellor). I'm on Day 4 and I'm 'going' (TMI!!) normally I got them from Holland & Barrett.
