I started at 17 stone last Friday, though I had been weighed on the Wednesday morning and had eaten on the Wed and Thurs, so maybe I had put a few pounds on in those 2 days?

I'm gutted as I have tried so hard these last few days and thought I would have lost more. :sigh:
 
May be it's the water retention. Don't worry too much darling. Continue with your efforts learn from your mistakes ( I am) and hopefully you will see a difference. Keep us informed :)
