    Low Fat Mayo (0.5)

    Dinner
    Turkey Steak (2)
    Oil (1)
    Stir Fry Veg O
    Pitta Pocket Wholemeal (2)



    Snacks
    Hot Choc (0.5)
    Chuppa Lolly (0.5)
    Walkers Baked (1.5)

    Total = 17.5/20

    Just back from weigh in, down 1 lbs:), only 4.5 pounds to go to goal.

    Coleslaw (1)
    Veggie Burger, made in the cafeteria at work ??? points, it was more like a rosti, grated carrots, courgettes, spices, broccoli, leeks etc, from what i could identify might give it 2 points to be on the same side, didnt eat the bun


    Tea
    2 x Rahsers (2)
    Beans (1.5)
    4 x Ryvita (2)
    Pop Corn (1)
    4 Rich Tea 2
    Aldi Fondant Fancies (1.5)
