Day Four and doing ok

After a terrible day 2, I really tried yesterday on day 3 and was 100% with the plan, drank loads of water and didnt cook for the family which really helped. Today Im doing well, Ive just been shopping and felt really good going round the store sipping a bottle of water. It felt weird though!
I really want to do this cos Ive got some big events coming up but also for me cos I know there is a beautiful slim person inside.
Ive just picked up some different ways with the shakes so I'm looking forward to those. Back to work tomorrow so should find it easier. xx

Glad to hear you are feeling much better. It's a great feeling going round the supermarket and not buying anything, well done you. Sounds like you are on form,your first weigh in will be here in no time and you will be reaping the rewards.

Well done! It does get easier I am on day 5 and feeling good. Everytime I think about food (earlier it was chocolate hobnobs for visitors!) I think of how far I have come, and how well i have done. That stops me in my tracks and has me keeping going.

Well Done! i'm on day too now and totally feel your pain! i cant get it out of my head not to eat but its so difficult! I wont give in though! you've done so well!! xx

Well done Babynurse. Sounds as though you are getting your head around LT and that really helps. You are doing so well. Keep up the good work and your first wi result will make all the hard work so worth it. You know you can do it!

Hi Chellywellyboot! what a name, I'm finding that if I keep busy with this forum and watch TV with a bottle of water in my hand, I do fine. My husband is doing all his own & the kids cooking in the evening so that helps. He doesnt mind doing it and he washes up.
Im just cant seem to work out how to update my weight ticker!
