    Hi everyone! Well this is my third attempt at CD and I'm determined to crack it this time! I'm on day four and so far so good! Felt so good this morning so let's hope it lasts?!! Big weigh in on Monday! Best of luck to you all!!

    Awww thankyou! Got a big night out in December so really want to look and feel my best,I usually turn down nights out coz of the way I feel but not this time! X

    It gets easier, give it a couple of weeks an you'll be on the oter side of the fence egging someone else on!!

    Well done to all of you! Not eating is just as bad as giving up smoking! Sometimes the cravings are so bad and I caved this morning I had a biscuit!! Feel awful but I won't let this defeat me!!!! I'm still a smoker and I will tackle that when the weight is off...have a good day all of you the weekend starts here! X
