It-aint-easy!

Hi everyone. This is my first LT 100% day and as you will notice it's going to be a very long journey!! The only way I will get anywhere at all is if I tell myself 'just one day at a time' and 'I am going to come off it over Christmas'.
So far today I have had a vanilla shake made up with hot water and coffee (had to drink it in one go to get it down), chicken soup (which at the time wasn't so bad with curry powder and pepper added but it is repeating on me now!) and approximately one and a half litres of water (finding the water intake tough).
I know it shouldn't be that difficult but for me it is! I cooked the kids lunch and am about to start cooking their dinner - help!!
I have started this diary as I think it will help me to put it all down on paper so to speak and also I am hoping that all your wonderful successes and encouragement will keep me going - one day at a time!!
