    Hi All,

I'm back, my diet story so far is up and down like a yo yo, guess why they call it yo yo dieting, I've regained another 5lb since my last attempt, and i'm at the end of my tether.

All in all i've regained 18lbs since last doing the cambridge diet consistently, so my first goal is to try to lose that 18lb before Christmas, I've got 5 weeks, so wish me luck.

Thanks mommysue, i need motivation to stick with it.

I tried WW, two weeks in and I'm only down 0.5lb, well actually probably up after my last supper last night, really kills me the fact I can't seem to lose weight unless I do complete SS.

I've gotta take it one day at a time, but as I said I'm at the end of my tether, really need to get two good days under my belt before I return to work, everybody I know is anti-VLCD's so I need to be strong before I have to handle them as well

Thanks Georgie, need all the luck and motivation you lovely ladies can send me, I really rely heavily on this site when I'm on the diet, its my source of support, and it also helps to keep me away from the food.

Thanks Leah, I've had a choc mint shake, about 2/3's of a bar and 2/3's of a tetra pack in 2 mugs of coffee so far, have drank a litre of water as well, I can't drink liquid any faster as I'm up and down to the bathroom all day, I so want to succeed, have made a good dent into day 1 so looking good so far....

Hiya Georgesmum, yep I'd love to have a support buddy, seen as we're both on day one, you'd be perfect LOL..its peeing down big time here today, so no chance for me to bring my dogs for a walk, when you get back you must teach me how to make a muffin, I've never had one.

Yep evenings I think are my worst in the real world of eating and on CD, I think i've the beginnings of a headache, not like me cuz I'm usually lucky enough to jump into ketosis on day 1 without any side affects, well it'll serve me right if I do suffer (although I've a low pain threshold lol) I'm sat here drinking a black decaff with the remainder of my tetra, a bit of a bar, I like to split the bar up throughout the day, and a pint of water as well.

I do allow myself 4xCD packs a day including one bar, but so far I've only used 3 and I think I'll have an early night rather than go for the fourth, I look forward to standing on the scales tomorrow morning and seeing it go down even if its only by the minutist (sp?) amount. I'm a scale hopper, it keeps me motivated.

    Day 2

    Hi Lilly,

    Just keep focused!

I have put on 13 lbs since I was last on CD in Septmeber this year, that is only 2 months ago! My eating has been really out of control and I have been binge eating for 2 months so no suprise that I have put on this much!

It's day 2 and I am missing my food already but I will just take it one day at a time! My evenings are also my hardest time, tonight will be my first night in a while where I will be watching America's next top Model while sipping on soup instead of tucking into something crappy!

We just have to keep thinking about how good we will look by Christmas, I weigh 13.5 and want to be 12 stones by Christmas!

Good luck, have a great week and don't cheat! ;-)

Hiya FS, thanks for popping past, unfortunately one two many heart palpitations after day 1 has convinced me that this diet is not for me, I really hope you have success on your journey, but for me it was one restart too many, and I've made the decision to stop and rethink, I'm going to go with WW from now on, slow and steady, or slow and slower if my track record is anything to go by.

    good luck,

I'm outta here, I'm off to live in a world, where freedom of speech and thought is not a priviledge but a right, and this site ain't that type of place...check out the amount of locked threads where people tried to have a view and were shut down
