I started the Asda measure up yesterday, I got the strawberry powder ones. A little bit lumpy for my 1st but I put some ice in the 2nd one and that sorted it out, It was surprisingly good as i was not expecting much as it is the cheapest I have found, My Starting weight is 16 stone 7 and i have tried every diet under the sun.
I had my 1st shake at 10am and then another at 6pm and a meal of fish and salad at 8.45 (normally not this late) then half a tin of peaches, found it ok really, did have a couple of hunger pangs but just had a glass of water with juice. If anyone has any tips, please let me know as i know there are harder times to come, I have woken up today with quite a headache, probably due to the fact that i have not eaten any rubbish which is quite scary. Please let me know your experiences with Measure up.

I'm doing the measure up diet too, I went to Asdas to get The biggest loser starter pack and couldn't believe how cheap this one was. I brought a strawberry tub a chocolate tub and some of the ready made tetras. The strawberry one upset my stomach and the chocolate tub was off what a terrible start, but the tetras are lovely so I'm only having them and the bars. I weigh in on tuesday and I can't wait to see if I've lost any weight. Good luck to you Hun x

Jobo are you going from 10 till 6 with nothing to eat?? Thats not good at all and u risk going into starvation mode in which case all ur hard work will be undone as your body will just hold onto whatever u give it as it doesnt know when the next meal will be - break it up with a snack....if its the same as SF you need to have 3 snacks a day............are u exercising ? if so u deffo need to break up the big gap of no food. x

Hi I started the ASDA measure up powder shakes wednesday and so far am getting on well. Have lost 2 and a half pounds in 2 days!.
Little tip aswell to stop them being a little lumpy give them a 5 second blitz in the blender, they come out thick and smooth! Yummy!!
Would love to hear from anyone else who is trying them. Have got the strawberry this wk might try the choc nxt wk!
And Jobo I agree u shud break the day up with snacks this is what I have been doing

    9:00am-shake
    11:00am-bag of quavers (only 84cals!)
    01:00pm-shake
    03:00pm-1 slice of toast
5:30-Dinner ( depends on the night e.g last night beans on toast (full of fibre) and tonight boiled potato, chicken and veg)

Well Im 6 days in and Im getting on great. Im not feeling that hungry anymore, which is great (infact Im tending to go a little under cals and having to force myself to have a lil something else) think my body must be adjusting to less food which is re-assuring for when I have lost my weight (someday!!!lol) and go bk to normal food if I can get used to having less and hopefully stop over eating!

last weighed yesterday and have lost 4lbs this wk! (I know I shud stop weighing! lol) and I really pleased with that dnt even mind if I dnt lose anymore this wk think thats great progress! :)
