Day one

Joined WW today. Im a bit funny about it right now and i am at a loss of what to eat (on the 1st day!!) I just found out that super noddles have 9 points!!:cry: I have used a total of 4 fecking points so far, Im not hungry but id love somthing more spicy, so i am going to make pepper'd beans in a baked spud yum!:sigh:
I dont mind, i think next week will be much better tho. Im short on money this week so thats why i am on the very basic foods cuss they are cheep! So i am going to do it the cheep, bland way this week.
But next week it is on! I am gona squese every last 1/2 point out of tasty, healthy foods. mmmm might treat myself to an apple later after dinner. lol.

Ps how to make pepperd beans. Open one tin of beans (tescos own brand) Add black, ground and brown pepper. put half the tin in the microwave for 4 mins and pour over a spud that looks like a light blub. Ta da!! Cheep eats! hehehe

I'll need some inspiration for next week guys when i get paid, please help! I want lovely foods that will break the bank and are within the points

hey and welcome to minimins well done on joing ww! :) Best of luck for ur first weigh in to be honest i cant think of any expensive foods cuz i seem to stick with beans and spagettie and ww meals and stuff tesco do 5 of there healthy living range for a 5iver and they have the points value on the back which is good! look out in tesco for their helathy living range stuff as it tastes just like weightwatchers own brand but a whole lot cheaper! xx

I'm starting at 15. 2 :eek: I cant beleave i got so big. My 1st goal is 10% and my main goal is 8.8. yeah so i wanna lose half my body w8 roughly :cry:

welcome :) your jacket potato sounds lovely - jacket and beans is one of my staple foods cause i'm always poor haha :) that or eggs.. though stir fry is on the menu today - must have been feeling flush when i bought the ingredients haha :D x

Yeah the noddle thing did hit me hard. Only because I went out and bought about 10 packs today :D I think i might cope lol. I was really thinking about cooking a full pack and only eatting half. Evil little tasty noddles!
yeah and i was in the bath earlyer and I was looking for the Kcals on the back of my shampoo :rolleyes: Its only day one what will I be like after a few weeks?
