Total Solution Day Two...Struggling

I would really really try not to , but if you really are going to eat then either chicken breast , tuna in water or white fish . with green veg or salad leaves ( not peas or beans )
I normally find distracting myself helps , I tend to do lots of cleaning the first week to keep busy , take a bath , go to bed ... anything to just get through the day

Thanks for the tip determinator. Just been for a shower and tried to take my mind away from it. Came back to this forum and read enough inspiring stories for me to resist any temptations. Thanks again xx

Brush your teeth or paint your nails! That's what I do! I had an incident earlier where I actually stood sniffing a pack of nik naks! I put them down and brushed my teeth!!! It really works!

Yay for resisting :D
The first few days are tough to get through but once they're over things will get easier.
It is best to not give in when you feel like eating because you may want to eat more and more after that.

It was my mothers fault I was sniffing them! We had an argument and went straight for the cupboard!
