Hiya

Got weighed in Weds after 3 full days on diet and lost 4.5lb!!
Day 6 in the morning.... Still going strong!!
I have another weigh in Monday then going 10 days as CDC on hols, then will be every Weds.
Looking fwd to getting in my clothes again!!!
