Hi all I've just completed my 3 week of juddd and have lost 2.5 pounds. I know that's v slow but my ups have been a bit mental so I'm ok with it. I've just noticed on my dd I have really rubbish night sleeps.... I'm not hitting the caffeine all day have about the same amount on both days and although I'm thinking about food I'm not starving. Anyone else noticed this pattern?

I don't have any trouble sleeping as such but I do have food dreams on DD nights, after my recent Double DD they got so mad they kept waking me up lol. I always find though whatever diet I am on I get food dreams x

My first few weeks I had trouble sleeping on a DD too - I think your body creates adrenalin or simething to make up for lack of calories? But I have no trouble at all now so just give it time :)

Funnily enough I'm the opposite. i sleep like a log after a DD, however on an UD if I've been eating carbs:) as you do on an UD.....I find I'm very restless all night & I have this kind of undigested food in my stomach feeling....then again I am a bit weird:eek:.

Mmm interesting ...... Not how was expecting to get my adrenalin buzz from seems a much more reasonable way then jumping out of perfectly good airplanes or scaling buildings haha. Just wish it didn't happen when I was trying to get much needed beauty sleep :)

I know the feeling to gone bread mad since judding. Feels like I have a bread maker in my tummy. I have never done any sort of shake based diets so I'm not really used to so few calories on the dd but my body is certainly more used to the stuffed feeling hehe xx
