I've noticed a furry feeling in my mouth and asked my daughter if my breath was bad - she said she hadn't liked to say but it was making her heave - NICE! Would it be ok to use strong mouthwash or can anyone recommend anything that's ok when on SS, please?

LOL LOL, Sadly most of us suffer that while on SS :sign0137:. Yes mouth wash is ok.

My daughter is not as kind as yours LOL. I also scrub my tongue cause I find it the furry feeling builds up there.

i felt like i had a hair in my mouth for the first week!! ha. i kept checking and scrubbing my tongue but it really was just a 'furry feeling'. drinking loads of water should help hon. it flushes out the ketones so not so many of them end up in your mouth and breath!!

I suffer too - odd bit of gum helps but brushing more than twice or m/w is OK.
