    Hi Debz,
    Can you tell me AAM week is it week 4 or 5?
    Can you tell me what I'm allowed?
    Also, trying to plan ahead to have enough packs to you get up and running, how soon will you be able to supply, obviously I don't want to buy more of ebay than I need.

    Debz is away in London for a few days - so may not be back online until Monday.

    AAM is week 5, and you can have 2oz chickenor turkey, 3oz white fish, 3oz quorn, 2.5oz tofu or 4oz cottage cheese + 2tbspns of green or white veg or salad ... ie cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cue, celery, courgettes.
