My little addition to exercise challenge.
6 Days a Week but occasionally sometimes 7.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
My average regarding the exercise bike is between 40 to 42 km a day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
I expect to do 26 out of 31 Days.
So I expect 1040 km to be covered during the December period.

Previous Months November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.
3,540 km covered from August.

Thought about my goals because this month is hard, very hard for me! and I don't see the end of the tunnel until mid-January. I have 8 birthdays until then, starting today.

I'm going to set my goal at 15 days with exercise DVD
Running - 60kms Its getting cold and I'll be travelling so I'll aim for 1 5k and one 10k per week

This should help me stay on track without putting too much pressure on myself

I had a birthday on Friday, traveling , and another bday yesterday, and more traveling. But I went running with my husband 2x - he is NO joke. I am hurting everywhere this morning but it's safe to say, I got some mileage in!

Running - 60kms - 30Kms done :eek: - 30 to go
Exercise DVD - 15 - 15 to go
I may not do anything until tomorrow or wednesday. I don't want to push my body to the point where I get injured and can't do anything anymore (just saying it's not an excuse not to exercise)

Well.dine, great start both.
I'm not going to set any specific targets for December other than get 12 exercise sessions of some sort done. Not sure if I will even get that.

Couldn't help myself, now that I've got a new fitbit I was feeling guilty just sitting around. Got 2 dvd sessions done and attempted a run, finished at 5.3kms, couldn't do more

Not doing so great. Have completely lost momentum foodwise, but managing to do a few little walks.
Will get back into it in the new year.

I had an easier day yesterday just a 4.5 mile walk into town in the cold.
Never done anything on exercise bike as legs felt a bit fatigued probably due to the 329 km covered in the previous week.

But Exercise Bike 43.33 km today.
Current Distance 438.3 km this month out of 1040 km.
First session tomorrow should take me to just over 4,000 km since August 11th and potential weight loss of 2st 4lbs since that date.
