    Catching up from the first week on EE, if I can remember.. (please note from wed have been using up an opened bottle of wine lol)

    Dinner
    Spaghetti Bolognese

    snack eve .. 1 aero bar (oops but still not too bad compared to most saturdays)

    Macaroni pasta, cherry toms, red pepper, quark and 3 light babybels sliced (HEa)

    Dinner
    Spahetti Bolognese
    Mullerlight Yogurt

    1 slice of brown bread (hovis) (HEb)
    Bit of light spread 1tspn (1 syn)
    free chips with lots of vinegar
    Mayonnaise light 1 tblspn (syns 2.5)

    Fruit bowl of kiwi, melon and blueberries
    0% activa (1.5 syns)

    Lunch
    Pasta n sauce (cheese and broc)
    added baybel lights (HEa)3, ham and cherry tomatoes
    1 pk of s&v ryvita minis (HEb)

    Dinner
    Finished off the pasta from lunch (huge portion)
    Cooked some chips and parsnips in the halogen dipped in sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)

    2 glasses of wine (was doing so well not having any but if I am going to have syns.. then they are so much nicer in a wine glass and chilled!!)

    Later will have a snack of a vanilla mullerlight
