Hiya,

i was starving yesterday, so i saw others right a food diary so i thought i should.
i dont know if im going wrong and get weighed in the morning arghhhh.

8/04/10
B: oopsie roll with 2 bacon and 1 sausage
L: Ham of bone with salad and egg mayonaise
D: Spinach and lettuce with couple slices of cold meat
Snacks: 2 sausages, cocoa cake with cream after dinner and 2 packs of scratchings at 9pm cos i was still hungry

i had atleast 2 litres of water

Don't know what im having yet today.
Help if any suggestions i would appreciate it very much

I just never know if im doing it correct, i weighed mid week and put a lb on so i just want it to shift.
do you do anything special to shift the weigh cos you doing fab.

Looks fine to me Diane, more green leaf veggies would be good though.

Yes jim i do try but it is always a large salad, so hopefully thats ok

well here's todays menu

B: Oopsie roll with fried egg and spinach
L: Beefburgers made with onion, salad and spinach
D: Donna Meat with salad and mayo

Snacks: maybe some scratchings

Does this look ok?
Am i eating enough carbs

You can substitute scallions for Onions Diane.

I only used half an ounce so not too bad
i feel bloated today, i just dont know if im gonna loose tomorrow.

We will see, cant wait for that kebab.
