def in ketosis but still starving?

That would definitely be my bet then. Try keeping yourself as busy as you can without overdoing it of course and it will take your mind off the hunger. Also drink water when you feel hungry as that will fill you up

Drink drink drink water. Lots of it, it fills you up big time and totm affects it alsoas I found out the other day x

Thats very interesting i've never correlated the 2 together before but this last week i was super hungry and then i got a lovely visit from Mother nature. Thankyou now it all makes sense xx
