I always make my own burgers but these were especially delicious, possibly because I was very hungry. So I thought I'd share the recipe
Makes two big burgers, I ate both with lots of fromais frais, which was much nicer than the low fat mayo I'd usually have.
250g of extra lean steak mince
Onion
Egg
schwartz perfect shake steakhouse pepper - salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chillies.
Just read the label properly and it does contain barley and wheat and veg oil, they are at the bottom of the list though.
Baked on the oven for 35mins on 180*
