Delicious beef burgers

I always make my own burgers but these were especially delicious, possibly because I was very hungry. So I thought I'd share the recipe

Makes two big burgers, I ate both with lots of fromais frais, which was much nicer than the low fat mayo I'd usually have.

250g of extra lean steak mince
Onion
Egg
schwartz perfect shake steakhouse pepper - salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chillies.

Just read the label properly and it does contain barley and wheat and veg oil, they are at the bottom of the list though.

Baked on the oven for 35mins on 180*

Homemade burgers are so much tastier than shop bought, and really easy to make!

I use the same type of recipe, but I cook them using a griddle pan to get that chargrilled taste.

I might give that ago! Bit strange having burgers without a roll and cheese, but they are so yummy on their own.
