Depressing weight gain

I can't get below 16 stone I got there last week and only stayed there two days It feels like it's not coming off fast enough mostly disappointed in myself though I know I've been bad but I can't take it back and I'm gonna gain tomorrow and then it will be another week before I can say I've lost I'm on slimming world shall I try sp days for a week feel like it's the only way I want a ffan static lose so looks like I'll have to.

I keep planing a trip to Holland and barratt but I don't go into town much what supplements do u take were u get them?

yaay i didnt gain i stayed the same but i started extra easy sp anyway as i have to lose weight for my zumba course
