Hi everyone I am a 56 year old overweight tried everything but can't loose weight and can't seem to understand slimmers world but willing to try again for my health I can't afford the classes but need support from others. I need to loose a stone in five weeks

Hi there, I am also a new member so just wanted to say Hello ! I don't attend a group but do Sw online. There are lots of great recipes on here I believe and also on the internet. I also did it for my health as I felt really awful most of the time. I am struggling atm also but I wish u all the best in your journey. Sorry I couldn't be of more help
