    i did cambridge diet back in 2005 but failed after one week. started again on the 2nd of Jan this year with a new found determination. my first weigh in i lost 1 stone 8lbs and 12 and half inches.:)
    and this has suppered me on to stick to 100% im 30 in april and want to be slimmer... how much i dont know i just now that at my party in my prom dress i want to look better than i do now!!
    i have a long way to go but i will succeed and be a happy slimmer me!

    starting weight 23 stone 12lbs
    week 1 22 stone 4 lbs -22lbs

    thanks best thing about CD is my mood as improved 100% no longer fell down and depressed!!
