yep gone off the rails time of the month cheesecake and bun here i come gonna start again monday! yes i know its bad very bad but hey starting midweek was a bad idea anyway back in control on monday besides having practically syn free Bolognese this weekend!

Also, I think you're having too many bananas. Bananas naturally ... bung people up, why not try having only one banana and varying the fruit that you're having.

So with breakfast have weetabix, banana and your yoghurt or swap the banana for mixed frozen berries and save the banana for a snack later on.

Lunch, have your stirfry with quorn meatballs and soysauce/cottage cheese and after have some strawberries with 2tbsp of squirty aerosol cream (1/2 syn) or even with a meringue too - they can be approx 2 syns for a meringue nest.

Try clementines, they're easy to have in your handbag, strawberries, cherry tomatoes
