    Breakfast
    2 Alpen Lights (Hex B)
    Raspberries (SS) and VLF natural yoghurt

    Morning Snack
    Apple (S) and Banana

    Lunch
    Butternut squash soup (S)

    Afternoon Snack
    VLF cottage cheese with red (S) and yellow (S) peppers, chopped
    2 rice cakes (3 syns) with Laughing Cow Extra Light (Hex A)

    Supper
    Stir-fried noodles, chicken (S) and vegetables (all S)

    Evening Snack
    Strawberries (SS)
    Quark chocolate mousse (2 syns)
    White chocolate ice cream (7 syns)

    = 12 syns

    200ml soya milk (Hex A)
    28g Alpen cereal (Hex B)
    Raspberries (SS)

    Morning Snack
    Apple (S) and Banana

    Lunch
    Jacket potato, tuna (S) and mayo (2 syns)

    Afternoon Snack
    Muller light yoghurt and a few mini-homemade cookies
    I'm not going to have any more syns today because I think I ate quite a bit at tea time. :eek:
    I don't feel too guilty though because they were super yummy!

    Supper
    SW quiche - 2 eggs, VLF cottage cheese, mushrooms (S) and ham

    Evening Snack
    2 necatarines
