    tea; curry &rice 6p
    LF nan 2p
    snacks walkers oven baked 1 1/2p
    cream egg 3 1/2p

    1 scrambled egg, 1 egg white 1 1/2p
    grilled tom 0p
    brown sause 1/2p

    2 bread 1p

    cream egg 3 1/2p
    crisps 2p

    piece of rolly polly (cheap one 1p fr 1/4 etc) 1p

    need help with chicken thighs not sure how much as only eat the meat part etc.
