well done , i had 2 on ( weighed myself as was working this morning) . expected that as walking was non exsistant due rubbish weather and i ate 2 much ! so thank goodness it a brand new week and weeklies are once again intact lol hopfully ill b there next week x

i struggle with weekends so today am trying not to think about food and eating . so far today i have had :

Thought I'd come and say hi,I am also doing WW at home and use this site constantly! Well done on 3lbs down that's a great loss!
 
Hi Andrea, didn't make it to class this morning either, well done on your 3lb. I have been good last week and hopefully I can keep it up until class next wednesday. Finally got myself a kindle and have put some of the books that you mentioned on it. I am looking forward to getting stuck in.

hi there no nort really any plans but it was my mums birthday so we all went out for a meal , which was lovely so am being extra good now till wed lol have prob used all weeklies then some !! how about u ?
