    My diary will be a mix of trials and tribulations, food, fun and woes! I'm hoping it will keep me on the straight and narrow and enable me to see where I go wrong (I'm not daft, I know I will go off the rails occasionally). I am going it alone with SW because I simply don't have the time to attend classes to get the full benefit. I have good scales, all the books and will power which will sometimes need propping up, hence sharing with fellow slimmers.

    Thanks byaside and moon shimmer.
    Today went well really, managed to keep away from the staffroom biscuit tin and although I had a few rumblings I felt fine. Porrige (B)for breakfast, salad and LF cottage cheese for lunch, salad and chicken for dinner with free noodles and lots of fruit in between. Had sf jelly and ML yog for pud. Must find a diary template so I can keep track as I eat. Had no sins :cry:cos I don't like eating late and went swimming tonight, will make sure I hav some tomorrow

    Thanks everyone, planning on swimming again tomorrow night. I was good girl and resisted the usual birthday cakes in the staffroom and the never ending biscuit tin. I am feeling a tad hungry around 5pm so I must make my afternoon snack more substantial. Hubby forgot and made me sausages and chips last night but I wrapped it up and popped it in the fridge for a child to devour when hungry. I made salad and chicken and treated myself to curley wurley (sinned of course)

    hey - well done, you've started positive which is fab. Hows today been? I too have avoided the biscuits and cakes in the staff room, lots of us are on diets so we're all in it together (but the cakes and biscuits seem to be lasting forever lol) x

    Well done on your loss so far. I've had another good day and I swam 10 more lengths tonight than I had planned. Hopefully the good days will develop into a good week. Good luck with your week too.

    Well another good day today, and I bought kids and hubby Mcd then came home and cooked pasta for myself. Very tired tonight but have so much work to do for school I'm not sure where to start!!
    Oh well, onwards and upwards!

    my journey will start in earnest on Monday and like you will be going it alone
    I have all the stuff and have done it before (thank goodness I didnt put it all on again)

    good luck over the weekends (I find them the hardest) and next week in the staff room - I think school staff rooms are the worst for temptations :)

    Hi Aaleigha
    Thanks for your post. I do agree with you, my school staff room breeds cakes, biscuits and baked goodies! Good luck for Monday, I'm sure you will be fine. I've had a good weekend so far, been very busy which has kept me out of the kitchen. I'm off out for the day tomorrow and will be taking some SW friendly food to eat so it should be an OK day. I recycled several softish apples earlier and stewed them up with a little sweetner and I am now enjoying them with VLF Natural Yog, yummy.
    I have a tendancy to eat pasta every night because I like green days, can anyone help with some good red days planning?
    I really don't want to get bored with this. I might purchase mag next week for some inspiration.

    Well not a happy bunny at present, no more weight gone, no time for swimming so well behind at present:cry:A busy weekend ahead, but should be ok for food. Must find time to swim tomorrow and either Saturday or Sunday to catch up. Have tender boobs and have had for days now, this is a sign of PMT so may be retaining water. Will report back soon.
    Hope everyone is doing well
