    Had to change my menu plan as went to make the turkey meatballs and the turkey mince was off!!!! I now have 3 extra points to use which is good on one hand but very tempting on another lol

    Dat started off badly when the milk was off and the omlette just didnt fill me up. Then the chocolate and crisps became very appealing and the binge started!
    Not proud of myself and feel stupid but am gonna remember these feelings for the next time I feel like doing it again and hopefully it will help stop me!
