    Hi all thought it was time I had my own space to ramble about my exercise stuff - mainly kettlercise classes.

    Monday morning - 1 hour class
    Thursday evening - 1 hour class
    Maybe Sat morning ?? Depending on energy!

    I had key hole surgery on my shoulder End of August. To fix a torn labrum and just tidy things up :)

    Still under a Physio - who is happy with my progress, and supports my decision to continue with kettercise.

    I have been using a 2kg on my right side, as this is my shoulder that was operated on. Slowly building up the strength in my shoulder and also range of movement. I still do not have a full normal range of movement yet! But slowly slowly :)

    I use a 4kg on my left - as it just fine, but weaker than my right as I'm right hand dominant. Lol

    Also just come off Tramadol / that was hard - withdrawal symptoms were really horrid! Felt really lacking in energy, body aches and more .. But starting to feel better now :)

    Today's work out at kettercise class. My energy levels Sunday were low - had an early night - do this morning energy levels were ok, not good or high tho. Think this shows in my work out results , I have a polar HRM with Bluetooth belt have linked it to an app called spinning - using the cardio option for my kettercise class.

    I have been experimenting with a slightly carby dinner the night before exercise and seem to have more energy for working out, don't know if this would help you?

    Love that app, you've inspired me and now I am saving up for a HRM kit that will work with my phone (only iPhone 4 so the Bluetooth ones won't work, I need the one with a gadget that plugs into the phone). :)

    I think you're doing great especially when you consider your surgery and the tramadol! x

    I got the polar HRM in white for my birthday last year and for Xmas got a Bluetooth belt .. Which links with the app - yup only iPhone 4S and 5 (bummer!)

    I've been trying various supplements and natural remedies .. To try and up my energy levels. Also read that 10-5 days before and during totm that a woman's body converts carbs differently - assuming that's good carbs not sugary stuff ;) so have been having some potatoes and oat based things .. But time will tell lol

    After reading your earlier posts about TOTM and carbs I've been trying to have a bit more around that time to see if I'm less hungry, it seems to help somewhat. :) Do try a sweet potato or something the night before your class, it might make all the difference. :)

    Was planning on going to class tonight - my mental energy levels are low today, body is ok apart from my shoulder is aching and slightly painful..

    I think my energy levels are low mainly due to going to bed late last night and not sleeping well.

    I Haven't had any co-dydramol for last few days but have taken it today because of shoulder.

    Going to see how I feel and if I'm ok in the morning come snow and wind - I think it will be fun to go to my HIIT class :)

    Wow that was good fun! jogging/ running, ab work, some kettle bell swinging.. Other stuff too :) all in the snow - very warm now !!

    Kettercise in the morning after dropping kids at schools etc - am hoping with a good nights sleep my energy levels will be good in the morning

    Def noticing I'm less angry and irritable with taking the 5htp and rhiodiola plus magnesium every day. Energy levels are improving too.

    Had a better nights sleep - but energy levels still low - did go to kettlercise class this morning.
    Used the 4 kg for swings and some arm work on my right side. On my left side the muscles round my elbow are a bit painful so had to use the 2kg .. If not one thing is another lol

    Yay got a 3 kg bell from sports direct £9.99 - had a voucher for £15 - bought OH pair of gloves for snow - he's got no excuses now - except for lack of snow - always next year lol

    Off to kettlercise class tonight - feeling good today energy wise :) went to bed at 9:30 last night .. Makes a big difference lol

    Did enjoy the class - was hard work! New routine and def could feel the difference using the 3 kg.. Worked hard 485 cals

    Went to HIIT class this morning .. I ached last night after kettlercise class - the slightly heavier weight made the difference, this morning she included some kettle bell swings as well as star jump tucks, and squats to jump plus jogged further, but not as fast as last week .. More skipping and ab work too .. Going to feel it later!!
