Day two, feeling headachey today... probably sugar/wine/junk withdrawal! Trying to drink more water, have bought a sports bottle which helps, it's handy having it beside me.

I realise I'm eating a lot of WW brand or processed food, but this is because the wraps/pittas were on offer & also because it's easier for now, until I get back into the swing of things!

    Weetabix x 2 3pp
    Banana 0pp
    Milk 2pp
    Tea 0pp

WW chicken noodle soup 1pp (which a dash of Worcester sauce vastly improved)

    Toasted WW pitta 3pp
    Ham 1pp
    Cheese slice 1pp
    Salad 0pp
    Light salad cream 1tbsp 1pp

    WW yoghurt 1pp

    Options hot chocolate 1pp
Curly wurly 3pp ... this was much needed, starving today & needed a boost!!

    Spaghetti & meatballs 9pp
    Grated cheese 3pp

    Thanks ladies! :)

Feel better today, but just need to remember how rubbish I've felt... the next time I feel like giving up!

The real test will be the weekend... I love wine, and while I have plenty weeklies to spare, it's the tipsy munchies that can be my downfall!!
