Howdy,

I've decided I'm going to start a food diary! More for my benefit than anything else. I started losing weight last aug at 15st 6lb a very slow road took me to 13st 10lb and at the end of jan I decided to join weight watchers online I now weigh 12st8lbs. My target is to be in the 11s for iow festival which is June 21st.

Ok so I'm loving weight watchers cook books and all my food comes from them.

So I'll kick off with today's

Breakfast 5
Bran flakes 3p
Semi milk 2p

Lunch 8p
Curried egg pitta
(boiled egg, curry powder, low fat fromage frais)
Salad

Dinner 5p
Spinach and mushroom roulade 3p
New pots 2p
0p veg

which has left me with 12p to use whilst watching tho footy :)
 
Hey jaly, I most certainly did. I had pop corn and a glass of wine :0)

Today's menu

Brekfast
Bran flakes 3p
Milk 2

Lunch
Two weight watcher pitta 5
Salad cream 1
Green salad
Ww nachos (first time I had these and there really good)

Dinner
Left over of yesterday's tea 9 p

9 points left hmmmmm how to use them?

wow you've done amazingly since August!!! well done!! im sure the last bit will come off in no time!!

Thank you Emma, having a major plateaux at the moment though :(

Mushrooms topped with couscous 7

Total 24

Going for a jog/walk in a short while as I'm really struggling to lose at the moment :(

Yeah it's frustrating! I'm not leaving of plan at all! I'm really motivated and have been exercising lots but sts! I'm goin to measure on thurs as I'm sure ive lost.

20 points total! I'm totally stuffed tho so I don't think I'll manage any more. We will see after I finish 30 day shred.

Need to work harder at spreading my points out.
 
No that's what I meant by spreading my points out. I'm making sure I have more points for lunch. Well sat I got up early and went for a 25 mile bike ride. Was killer but I really enjoyed it.

So Saturday points came to 47 but according to app I earnt 14 points cycling

Again quite high. Really need to cut out the drink but I'm so social I find it really difficult. Thinking I need to keep exercise high to counter balance today I'm right back on it

Also did 30 days shred. On level 3 now so hope fully burning more. Weigh in is on thurs but I really don't think I've lost I've sts for three weeks now although I have been givin my diet my full attention. Any ideas?

I lost 1lb so that's good just feel like it should be at least 2 with all the effort I've put in :p

Not really happy with the amount of sweet stuff I had today I think although I'm spreading out my points much better I need to make healthier choices
 
Ah, sometimes the inches come off sooner than the lbs! Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the bolognese, i wouldn't recommend the WW sausages and mash in onion gravy ready meal either, urgh! I'm just surprised you aren't hungry after spending your points on choc and not going into weeklies lol x
