Hi everyone :)

I used to be a Gold WW member and lost 20lbs on the Discovery plan 2 years ago....sadly I have regained the weight (due to starting uni and comfort eating!) I'm determined to get the weight off this time and keep it off for good :)

My plan is: Weigh on a Friday and weeklies are replenished on a Tuesday :)

Today:
40g porridge oats, 1 ww toffee yogurt and an apple: 5

Chicken slim-a-soup: 1

Tin minestrone soup, bag skips, 1 ww fromage frais and some tinned pineapple. - 7

Sugarsnap peas dipped in 0 point WW salad cream: 0

Salmon en croute with a big pile of vegetables (broccoli, green beans and cabbage). 0 point WW salad cream: 11

250ml skimmed milk - 3

TOTAL: 27
WEEKLY POINTS USED: 1
WEEKLY POINTS BALANCE: 48

I pointed my salmon en croute wrong last night, it was only 10 points when I checked it today so still have all 49 weeklies, yay!

Today's food:

Home-made veggie chili with quorn, brown rice and tonnes of free veg - 10

B: 2 slices wholemeal toast with scraping of lurpak light and marmite. Apple. - 5
Skips - 2
L: Supernoodles (8), yog and fruit - 1
D: 2 Quorn fillets x (2) 200g raw weight potatoes – (4) veg and gravy (1)
Isla’s chips – 1 (stole a couple off my daughter's plate, argh!)
TOTAL: 27

Might have some fruit before bed, feel a bit snacky...either melon or a banana I think. First weigh in tomorrow, I am taking it as my start weight, so will see how much I've lost next Friday :) Realised I have 3 weddings to go to this summer and my holiday is in about 8 weeks time so want to be really sensible and lose as much as possible by then. Here is my plan for tomorrow (thinking ahead):

Toast, lurpak light, marmite and apple. – 5
Cup a Soup - 1
L: Tuna mayo (4) salad. Skips (2). Fruit and yog. (1)
D: 140g oven chips (7). 2 chicken burgers (6). Veg. Salad cream. - 13
Milk – 3
Snacks: Sugarsnaps and salad crean. Tin tomato/chicken soup. - 2
Extras: 1l (1000ml red wine) – 24
TOTAL: 55
WEEKLIES USED: 29

Can't wait for my weekly wine and Saturday splurge day!!!
 
Went a tiny bit off the rails this weekend, but can hopefully claw it back for Friday :) I weighed on Friday just gone and I was 10st 11.6lbs so as long as I'm lower than that I shall be happy :) New weeklies balance starts tomorrow, woop!!!

Snacks - Gherkins. (0)

Tuesday 24th April
Milk - 3
B: 2 slices wholemeal toast with lurpak light and marmite. Apple. - 5
L: Mozarella ball (7), tomato, cucumber and red onion salad. 1 warburtons sandwich thin (2). Tinned pears and yogurt (1). - 10
D: 100g quorn mince (2), 70g brown rice (7), loads of veggies and gravy granules to taste - made into vege chili - 9
Snacks - Gherkins/pickled onions. - 0
TOTAL: 27
WEEKLIES USED: 1
WEEKLIES BALANCE: 48 :)
 
Ended up using 4 weeklies yesterday, so balance is 45 :)
Had a sneaky weigh in today....chuffed to bits to discover I am 10st 9.2lbs today - that's 2.4lbs down from Friday, yippee!!!

L: Lentil and veg soup, 1 warburtons thins, tinned pineapple and ww yogurt. - 7
D: Salmon en croute, huge pile of veg and 0 point salad cream. - 10

THURSDAY:

S: Cup-a-soup - 1
L: Tuna in 0 point salad cream (3), loads of salad. Bag of skips (2). Tinned pears and yogurt (1). - 6
D: 2 quorn sausages (4), 60g rice (6), loads of free veg and gravy granules to taste (1) Sausage stew of sorts! - 11

TOTAL: 26
