Hello everyone,

Starting a diary to help me keep count if what I eat and how much exercise I do, so here goes

Sunday, 19th June

Exercise
Shredded 9am
6 weeks to a 6 pack 9pm

Breakfast
2 nimble - 3 points
1 egg- 2 points
Marge - 1 point
Milk - 1 point

Lunch
Pasta - 6 points
Bolognese sauce - 2 points

Dinner
Pasta - 6 points
Bolognese sauce - 2 points

Snacks
7 squares of fruit and nut - 5 points
Curly whurly - 3 points

Total - 31 points

I'm getting married in less than 3 months, need to loose the final 10lbs!!!

Monday, 20th June

Exercise
Shred-10pm. Day 18 done

Breakfast
Oat so simple - 3
Milk - 3

Lunch
2 bread - 4
marge - 1
2 be good to yourself sausages - 3
Ketchup - 2

Dinner
Pasta pot - 5
Poppodum - 1
Chips - 3

Snacks
WW marshmallow - 1
Curly whurly - 3

Total = 29 points

Weigh in day tomorrow, please give me a 1lb loss at least, please, please, please x

Tuesday, 21st June

Breakfast
Oat so simple - 3

Lunch
Pasta pot - 5

Dinner
Chicken - 3
Curry sauce - 5
3 poppodums - 3

Snacks
Weight watcher bar - 2
Chocolate square - 1

Total = 26 point

Light Mayo - 1
Sweetcorn - 1
Ww crisps - 2
Marshmallow - 1

Dinner
2 nimble - 3
Beans - 4
Brown sauce - 1

Ok, so it's been so far so good today and then I don't know what happened. I came back from zumba and just pigged out!! Maybe because I didn't have a big enough dinner, but I was like a woman posessed trying to find the next thing to shove in my mouth!!

So this is what happened

Pig out
Bowl of pasta with tomato sauce - 4
Bowl of cereal - 4
Crisps - 3
Chocolate nugurt - 2
Cream cracker - 1
Ww bar - 2
Chocolate square - 1
Packet of raisins - 1

Total for the day = 42

Dont stress we can all have off days hun just get right back to it its just a little blip put it behind ya and forget about it you can do this xx
