I have decided that i need to write things down, get them out just to keep myself going!

I have started SW just over a month ago and have lost 15lbs, i kinds of lost my way due to a few problems, BUT i have been out got my shopping and ready to get at it!

The thing is i actually like SW i think its a great diet, you know and i think its definately the diet i can stick with.

I always turned to food before when things went wrong because i couldnt spend my money on anything else you know, i couldnt go out and buy a nice outfit or high heels to make me feel better because that would actually make me feel worse so food was the substitute, but im saving for new york in september so when im feeling down i think ill just think of that instead of going to the shop or fridge!

Anyway i have rambled on enough lol looking forward to writing about the good days not the bad ones though! xxx
