Diary to keep me on track

Thank you for reading if you are - I have struggled with motivation and always turn to the chocolate when i'm feeling fed up with my weight stupidly!! So I have decided to write a daily diary in order to keep me on track - the embarrassment of my binges for the world to see will hopefully encourage them to stop!!

So Today - 8/3/12
Weighing in at 11st 9lb


Banana
Grapes & Melon with Strawberry Muller Light
1 Brown Toast, no butter, scrapping of Jam
Homemade Soup
Few slices of ham with Extra Light Laughing Cow
Salad box with 2 eggs
Melon & Grapes
lamb stew & (oops) White bread with bit of cheese
Options - mint choc

Syns - 12

Friday - 09/03/12 - Day 2 of the S World Diet!!

Breakfast - Syn Free Pancake (yum!!) with sprinkling of lemon juice
Brunch - Grapes & Muller Light Yogurt with sprinkling of museli
1 Brown Toast with scrapping of Jam
Dinner - Left Over lamb Stew with 1/2 slice brown bread
Tea - Spag Bol


Then in my bag to munch on if needed:
Muller Light Yogurt
Banana
Ham with Extra Light Laughing Cow
Options Hot Chocolate


I'm off to a Charity Pamper session tonight and they usually have a table to delicious cakes..... will try and save my syns until tonight and if i've been good, have a small slice of something tasty (!?!)



How does this diary sound to everyone? Do I eat too much? I only eat when hungry - but that seems to be all the time. I believe i've gained weight due to the contraceptive injection increasing my appetitie - but how does what I'm eating now look to everyone?
