Hi ladies...

Have been thinking about starting a daily food diary, just wondering of those of you who do it do you find it beneficial and a help, or does it not really make a difference?

Honestly... I cant do without it now.
When I do one I stay on track, I loose weight and I feel better.
I can check over what I did and get advice.

When I dont do it, I slip. I dont feel as accountable and I dont worry as much. Who will know if I have that?! etc.

I would really advise it. Even if you cant do it everyday...

Mine is starting to become just somewhere to ramble and this is fast becoming my favourite place on the forum!
