Did i just invert Syn Free CRISPS?

    so all i did was peel the skin of a potato, peel of strips of the potato flesh, pust them on a plate in the mirco for 4 mins and i sware with a shake of salt the are crips! :D

    i'm sure i am not the first but i jsut had to share!

    Everything in moderation I say... they are nice with butternut squash too :)

    I doubt I could get away with this every day but I think I might have a go at a potato's worth on Sunday for the football to go with my skinny g&t!

    Lol i didn't expect to be the first, i was just happy i did lol. and i really dont want them that much, i didn;t really eat crisps before i started SW but its just nice to have something new.

    I told my C and she said it was fine :)

    its more the novelty of being able to eat them isnt it, crisps on a "diet" whatever next :rolleyes::rolleyes: xx

    depends on your microwave - somewhere between 4 and 7 mins

    i tried these the other day but the kept sticking to the plate in the micro so i put mine on wire racks in the over @ 150C for 16 mins and sprinkled a bit of salt and they were perfect - i used sweet potato instead of normal potato though and they were fabulous
