Diet Chef

I only joined yesterday and am finding it a bit confusing, in fact I haven't been able to find what I was looking at yesterday!!:confused:

I'd love to know if anyone else is doing the DC diet. I've been on it for 10 weeks now (2 weeks of that I was on holiday and ate 'normally') and have lost 2 stones but I've got to the stage where I'm really struggling.:break_diet:

I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any tips that might help me get past this difficult stage.:)
