Anyone ever made a smash pizza then stuck diet coke chicken on top? with mushroom and passata. Try it, it's gorgeous! just had it for tea

sounds lovely (without the chicken 4 me tho as I'm a veggie ) do u just press make up smash in a dish then add toppings or do u need to bake the smash base first?

you need to bake the base first, i guess the topping would burn otherwise. hint-add some egg to the base mixture to prevent the base going soggy in the middle
