Diet coke

    diet coke contains aspartame, is this not allowed?

    some people say you shouldnt have it because of the aspartame content but ive been on induction for 1 week and lost 7lbs whilst having one can a day.
    so it works for some.

    It also has citric acid in it which can stall some people... coke zero is free from it tho. x

    yes it's allowed, but Coke Zero would be better as Linzi says.

    thats great i actually prefer coke zero,is it just me or does this not feel like a diet, especially when ive just done a week of drinking milk shakes!

    This is interesting, thought caffeine was strictly off-limits! Is it ok then?

    i thought Coke Zero had caffeine in anyway? it says flavourings caffeine?
    and Syrinx you arent supposed to have caffiene.

    yeah thats what I thought, thought all coke had caffeine in too so it'd be always off-limits? I ask cos I used to live off the stuff but kicked it to the kerb since monday, not exactly a bad thing :)

    also sainsburys do a fizzy water with strawberry and kiwi i think thats ok too :D

    Yeah vicky imwith you on atkins now, i finished a week of lipotrim on tuesday and came onto atkins, i stuck to it but it was bloody hard work especially when im cooking for my family and feeding a 1 and 2 year old with food so close to my lips when im blowing it for them, it was like torture! Danielle
