Proper Little Madam


I would like to lose nearly two stone via calorie counting during the next three months. During May and June I have so many different social occasions to attend that I want to get back into all my lovely size 10 summer dresses and feel like a social butterfly and not the size 16 hermit that hides when the camera comes out. I am using healthy eating/calorie counting with exercise as my method of weight loss as I know it works well when followed and gives me flexibility with foods.

Food

B/fast - 2 poached eggs, one slice g/f toast 240
Lunch - Fish provencal with tomatoes and peppers 320
Dinner - Chicken spinach salad with lemon mayo 300
Else - Banana hot pot with peanut butter 120

Have you changed the Title of your Diary? I read one earlier and was going to reply to it now but could not find it - think it was one.
