Has anyone used the diet plate or bowl? Its got markings on it making sections for protein, veg etc. Im thinking of getting them when i start eating again to try to cut down on my portions but their £36 together so i wondered, before i buy them, if anyone has tried them and what they think?
    Cheers

sorry no i havent tried them.

a cheaper option and a bit like those kids shows where you biild your own.

    you will need

    a piece of A4 paper
    scissors
    a plate to draw around
a compas/degree measuring thing (haha cant think what its called)
    some straws
    sellotape
    pen

draw round plate on paper, cut out.
find the degree sections for carbs/protein.veg etc and mark them out....its just like drawing a pie chart.

measure and cut the straws to fit over all the lines and sellotape together.

place it over a plate when measuring and best of all cos its plastic its waterproof :)

sorry i have too much time on my hands lol:eek:
