Looks interesting. I'll put money on one thing here.....whether or not she loses or gains weight on this experiment, she will conclude that such food makes you feel like crap! Processed, prepackaged, plastic food - wouldn't eat however much weight it may make me lose! :bolt:

It's BBC though, it will probably be edited so they lose 5 stone in a week and they'll claim sugar is the next super food! ;)
