I'm new here. I am trying to lose 4 or 5 stone.

I am trying to lose weight by exercise. I am training classically as a singer and so to aid that as well as the weight loss will be starting yoga, pilates and ballet.
I also want to take up tap, street dance, aqua aerobics and flexibility conditioning.

How can I find people in my area on the forum and does anyone know any other good exercises for both weight loss and core strength?

I'm a bit lost in this forum as well as in my weight loss. Anybody here to offer a hand?
