Diff btwn green and EE?

On green days the free foods, syns etc have a different list to EE days.
EE free food is a combined list of free food on red/ green days.
Red days have their own list.
Green days have their own list.
Syns are different across all plans.
On red/ green days you choose 2 h ex A. 2 he ex B.
EE you chose one A one B.
Green days are not just for vegetarians as a healthy extra you can choose from weighed out meat/ fish.
I do mainly green days now I'm target

For a vegetarian is the only difference between the two plans that on green days you get 1 or 2 Hex A and 2 Hex B? I'm confused?!
Essentially yes, thats why there there is no benefit to doing extra easy if you are vegetarian and most (including me) do green. You get more healthy extras and a wider range of HEBs to choose from as well

The free foods and syn values will be exactly the same on both the green and extra. Everything that is free on green is automatically also free on EE so really the foods are the same if you are a vegetarian
