Difference between Dairylea and Laughing cow?

I usually get laughing cow extra light cheese triangles but got Dairylea light this week - How many are there for a HEX A and how many syns each please?

You can have 4 Dairylea light triangles for a HexA, otherwise they are 1.5 syns on all plans xx

After recently trying the Laughing Cow triangles I'd have to agree!! Babybels are my fave though xx
