Dilemma activity and Keto

VLCD and high intensity exercise really don’t mix imo. So I’ve been offered some free spin, body combat and body camp for the next 6 weeks. I don’t want to scupper my results so far, but equally would like to part take.

So do I up calories to 1000 Keto diet on days I do activity and then stick to 800 on non activity days? Or do I just skip and stick to my original plan of 7 weeks TS mix with man plan.

Help all opinions welcome

If it were me I think I would be upping my cals for fear of my body going into starvation mode and stalling my weight loss. :)

I think you should deffo do it, it sounds like great fun. Just make sure you're giving your body the fuel it needs to do it and don't forget about your electrolytes.
 
I’ve found some Keto recipes tomato soup with feta and lemon chicken so am gonna have a cook up today and just eat clean.
