I checked the app- the tesco ones I couldn't find but asda, iceland and morrisons ones are on there and they're all free so I'd say free!

Looked on Tesco website - is it just the plain fish fillets with nothing added? (There are also value white fish with batter or breadcrumbs, which obviously won't be free).

If it is the Everyday Value White Fish Fillets then these are pollock (it must say that on the packaging somewhere) with nothing added - in which case it will be free.
